Terms and Conditions- Orders received before 3pm will be sent same day.
- All deliveries require a signature.
- We prefer not to deliver to hospitals as mum and baby may have been discharged before the gift arrives.
- If you are unhappy with the goods when they are delivered, you can return them within 14 days stating the reason for your return. We recommend that goods are returned via Recorded Delivery as refunds cannot be issued for goods that have not been received back.
- We are only able to refund for the price of the goods, not the delivery element of the total cost.
- We can only accept returns on unused products.
- Due to occasional variations in stock levels, we reserve the right to substitute an item with an alternative item of equal or greater value.
